Precision Associates has installed over 40,000 square feet of solar panels on the roof of its Minneapolis facility to leverage the region’s average of 208 sunny days per year. The system will produce 791 kW of energy! This renewable energy initiative supports the company’s sustainability goals while reducing operational costs by utilizing 100% of the electricity generated on-site.

Medical Cleanroom Expansion
To meet the increasing demand for high-precision components in the medical device industry, Precision Associates is expanding its ISO Class 7 cleanroom manufacturing space to 20,000 square feet. This strategic investment — scheduled for completion by the end of 2025 — will support the rapid growth of our liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding operations, launched in 2022. The expanded facility will enhance our ability to deliver cleanroom-manufactured components that meet stringent industry and regulatory requirements.

After more than 39 years in the rubber industry and twelve plus years of dedicated service at Precision Associates, Bridget Hanson has announced her retirement, effective June 26, 2025. Bridget has been a key leader in driving our brand recognition and sales growth through building strong customer relationships, deep industry knowledge and commitment to service excellence. We thank Bridget for her contributions and wish her all the best in this next chapter.
With Bridget’s departure, we have restructured the department and assigned her job responsibilities to Mary Melchert and Kyle Werremeyer.

Kyle Werremeyer joins PAI as the new Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He brings over 25 years of expertise on sales & marketing strategy and will focus on business development opportunities at specific OEM targets to increase custom molded sales.
