Current Opportunities

 

Automation Specialist

 

Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the analysis, implementation, evaluation, and modification of the systems(s) used to control and monitor the processes within the facility.
  • Responsible for providing programming and PLC hardware support for the entire facility.
  • Responsible for keeping diagrams, drawings, records, and other documentation organized and easily accessible upon request. .
  • Maintain configuration management and programming documentation in accordance with the required project procedures.
  • Perform analysis, evaluation, and modifications to all process control systems software, as required, supporting normal operations
  • Communicate with systems engineers and operators to determine process control software functional specifications.
  • Perform modifications to the Parker Factory Display(s) as requested by supervisor Perform trouble shooting of PLC hardware, I/O racks, and associated control system hardware in a timely manner under critical conditions.

 

Maintenance Technician

 

Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for providing programming and PLC hardware support for the entire facility
  • Perform trouble shooting of PCL hardware, I/O racks, and associated control system control system hardware in a timely manner under critical conditions
  • Hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical machinery repair
  • Follow ISO Procedures
  • Machinery Maintenance
  • Responsible for keeping diagrams, drawings, records, and other documentation organized and easily accessible upon request
  • Preventive Maintenance (Oiling, greasing, cleaning)
  • Ladder/Platform work as required
  • Responding to Malfunction Reports
  • Documentation of maintenance completed
  • Regular and consistence attendance
  • Work weekends as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Attended schooling (Fluid Power & Industrial Electricity classes a must)
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to handle multiple activities

 

Hydraulic Technician

 

Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of equipment and their electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components
  • Preventive Maintenance (Oiling, greasing, cleaning)
  • Continuously find methods to improve processes, individual and team performance
  • Ladder/Platform work as required
  • Responding to Malfunction Reports
  • Documentation of maintenance completed
  • Regular and consistence attendance
  • Work weekends as required

RequiredQualifications:

  • Attended schooling (Fluid Power a must)
  • Molding experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Legible handwriting
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to handle multiple activities

 

PLC Technician

 

Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for providing programming and PLC hardware support for the entire facility
